创始人 Jakthong “Mumu '' Ubolsootvanich 也是清迈甜点店 W by Wanlamun 的合伙人，在搬到巴黎之前最初学习的是广告，后来迷上了文化沙龙，并学习了法式烹饪和烘焙的精细技巧。
