Overview

This half-day tour brings you from the city of Zurich to the medieval Castle Laufen, right on top of the mighty Rhine Falls, Europe's biggest waterfalls. You will walk around the scenic area for one hour, enjoying the landscape and the different perspectives on the waterfalls.The tour will then bring you up the Rhine river through the gently rolling landscapes to the medieval town of Stein am Rhein, where you will learn about the town and its well-preserved building on a guided stroll. Stein am Rhein is renowned for its wooden and stone buildings, covered with Renaissance frescoes.After some leisure time, you will be driven back to Zurich in the evening.
