What to remember

• For extensions and late returns, there is an additional fee of 777 JPY per day
• If the device is lost, there will be a 42,000 JPY replacement fee
• You will not be refunded if you fail to pick up your router
• Cancellations must be made 4 days in advance in order to process your refund. A cancellation within 4 days will result in a 100% cancellation fee
• Customers who use more than 3GB in one day may notice slower speeds or even a temporary loss of connection
