    In most cases, you will receive your confirmation email within 30 minutes of booking. If you still haven't received it after that time, please check your junk mail and/or spam filters.

    You can always view your booking details and status online by signing in and selecting "My profile>My Bookings" from the account menu. You can also find “My profile” link in your confirmation email.

  • Does the hotel provide the airport transfer?

    In most cases, hotel will always provide this information on their profile page on our website unless stated otherwise. Please contact the hotel directly for an exact information.

  • Do I have a breakfast included in the room rate?

    If breakfast is included, it will display "Breakfast Included" below the room type. The “Room Only” icon will display below the room type when the breakfast is not included.

  • Can I select what type of bed I prefer?

    Some of the room type names are already defined the bed type contains in your room. But you can always define your special request while you are making the booking using the “special request” function. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by AQbooking.com.

  • Is there any additional charge for an extrabed/baby cot in my room?

    The availability of extra bed/baby cot depends on the property. Additional charge for children, including extra beds, are not included in the reservation price unless stated. Please contact the property directly for this information.

    Please sign in your account on our website and access to “My Booking”, select your booking and click the “cancel” button. Any cancellation charges are determined by the property and stated in your cancellation policy.

    Refunds, if applicable, will immediately be submitted to our bank. From the submission/refund date, banks may take up to 30 days to refund this amount, or until your next billing cycle. The refund should be converted to your local currency by your credit card company.
